Request Information on Group Events The West Feliciana Parish Tourist Commission will help you plan group events in the area by compiling appropriate information on your special event. Whether your occasion involves meeting facilities, caterers, wedding facilities, church groups, organizations or company picnics, the local Tourist Commission is here to help. The Staff of the West Feliciana Parish Tourist Commission will assist your needs by offering the following services: - Preparation of competitive bids for various events

Pre-convention Planning: Convention Services can help in the early planning of your event by contacting hotels, attractions and individuals that will be involved in arranging your event. - Convention Services can help you select an event location.
- Convention Services will be happy to provide colorful and informative materials to encourage members of your organization to attend your event.
Speakers Bureau: Convention Services has access to a variety of speakers for your event. Louisiana State University, along with other area institutions of higher education, serve as an excellent source for a plethora of noted speakers.
Housing: Convention Services will canvas local lodging for available rooms and suitable meeting space, then coordinate all of your convention events within the facilities you have chosen.
Spouse Tours and Special Activities: Convention Services will be delighted to share the pleasures of St. Francisville with your group by arranging tours and other special activities such as barbecues, dances, golf, fashion shows, etc.
Registration Assistance: Convention Services can provide personnel, who are specially trained in Southern hospitality, to be on hand to serve as registration assistants, hosts, and ushers. Name badges for your delegates are available for a nominal fee.
Promotion and Publicity: Convention Services will help you promote your event by creating press releases for area media and making appointments for interviews.
Translation Services: We can provide translation in French. Wedding: Services include site locations, churches, justice of the peace, caterers etc. Reunions: Services include site locations, iternaries, meals, caterers, etc.
