Hebrew Rest CemeteryLocated on Commerce St. near intersection of US Hwy 61, Hebrew Rest is remnants of once large Jewish community.
Locust Grove State Historic Site
Locust Grove Cemetery was deeded to the Office of State Parks in 1937 by heirs of Mrs. Anna E. Davis Smith. This small family cemetery, with only 27 plots, is the only remains of Locust Grove Plantation.
Please contact the staff at Audubon State Historic Site (888-677-2838 toll free or 635-3739 locally) to schedule your visit between the hours of 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday.
